LET YOUR WORRIES FLOAT AWAY
Visualisation can be a powerful tool when it comes to bringing you a sense of calm. If your mind is racing, and particularly if your worries start circling round your mind at night, first tell yourself, ‘I can’t do anything practical to help this now – I can think about it in the morning.’ Visualise a hot air balloon, and picture your worry inside the basket. Then watch it float away into the distance, taking your anxieties far away above the clouds and out of your mind.
You cannot perceive beauty but with a serene mind.
