TREAT YOURSELF!

Sometimes all you need to give yourself the confidence to face the day is a shift to a more positive mindset. So, if you’re feeling tense or anxious, give your mood a boost by giving yourself something to look forward to. There are plenty of small things you can incorporate into everyday life: putting fresh sheets on your bed; making time to watch an episode of a TV programme or your favourite film; cooking your favourite meal; catching up with a friend; having a tasty treat; having a long bubble bath; going for a stroll in the sunshine; or going to a friend’s house for dinner. With something small to lift your spirits and look forward to you’ll be in a much better position to deal with the stresses of the day.
