Fudgesicle Pie
Serves 8
Ingredients
1 (9-ounce) package devil’s food cake mix
1⁄4 cup butter
1 egg white
1 (4-ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup milk
2 cups chocolate ice cream, softened
11⁄2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9" pie plate with nonstick baking spray containing flour; set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, butter, and egg white; mix until crumbly. Press into bottom and up sides of pie plate. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until crust is set. Cool completely.
In large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk; mix until blended. Beat in chocolate ice cream, then fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared crust, cover, and freeze 3 to 4 hours until firm.
