Steamed Lemon Grass Crab Legs

Ingredients
6 tablespoons garlic cloves, pressed
2 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger root, crushed
1/4 cup fish sauces
2 tablespoons oyster sauces
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 stalks lemons grass, crushed
2 pinches salt and pepper to taste
4 pounds frozen cooked alaskan king crab legs, thawed
Directions
Step 1 Heat the oil in a huge pot over medium-high heat. Add the crushed garlic, ginger, and lemon grass; cook and stir until brown, about five minutes. Stir in the fish sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper until blended. Add crab legs, cover, and cook over medium heat, tossing occasionally, until heated through, about quarter-hour.
