Today, focus on your desire for your child to see God:
I trust You, Lord. You are the God of all comfort who comforts us in all our tribulation that we may be able to comfort others who are in any trouble.
You know my deep concern for my child. I fear that just as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, he may deceive my child and turn him from the way, corrupting his mind to the simplicity of Christ.
Command light to shine into ____________________ ’s heart to give him the knowledge of the glory of God. Restrain him from linking up with unbelievers. May he come out from among them and be separate. May he cleanse himself from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in Your sight.
Here before Your throne, Lord, the weapons of my warfare are mighty through God for pulling down strongholds. In earnest prayer, I pull down the satanic strongholds that are unsettling my child.
I ask Your all-sufficient grace to give us the victory.
