Worry

My wife, Katrina, seldom worries. During the time when our daughter was away from God, she occasionally grew angry at our circumstances, and sometimes seemed mystified by my despair. However, she wasn’t afflicted with anxiety over our prodigal. That was all right; I had enough anxiety for both of us. Because of it, I began collecting insights on worry:

Worry is a small trickle of fear that meanders through the mind until it cuts a channel into which all other thoughts are drained.
