If I was a bit cleverer, I would list the fat content of each recipe in this book. But I am not that clever, and I am a bit lazy. Also, I want you to think about the foods you are eating, because all of our journeys are different. So, it’s all about you, and to help you I have simplified things. (You’re welcome!)
Each recipe has been allocated a star rating (listed below), not according to how delicious it is – because all my recipes are delicious! – but according to the approximate fat content. I have found 5 grams per serving (max) to be the magic number.
But I have also found that I can personally eat small amounts of fish, chicken and turkey, and this will push the total fat content up. Your tolerance may be different. The point of these recipes is to show you how to cook using the minimal amount of fat.
