Noodle Soup with Chicken

Ingredients

9 cubes chicken bouillon
-
8 oz. egg noodles

4 cups of chicken breast meat, cooked and chopped

12 cups of water

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped carrots

1/4 cup butter
-
1/2 tsp. of ground black pepper
-
1/2 tsp. of dried marjoram
-
1 tbsp. of dried parsley
-
1 cup of chopped celery
-
1 bay leaf
Instructions
1. In a large pot, heat and sauté celery with the onion in butter over medium heat.
2. Add water, chicken, carrots, bouillon cubes, bay leaf, marjoram, black pepper, and parsley.
3. Simmer while stirring for 30 minutes until all vegetables are soft.
4. Add noodles to simmer for 10 further minutes.
5. Add to bowls and serve immediately.
