Hemp Matcha Latte

First thing in the morning, there’s nothing like holding a mug filled with a warm, delicious, and nourishing drink in your hands. This Hemp Matcha Latte contains 10 grams of protein and heaps of antioxidants. So you can enjoy a cozy tea and feel energized all at once. Victoria doesn’t drink caffeine, so you can follow her lead and go as light on the matcha as you want. A good-quality matcha is bright green and smooth. It will not taste bitter at all; there will be a slightly sweet taste. We like ceremonial-grade matcha. Here’s to your health!

8 oz. hot water

2 Tbsp. hemp seeds

2 Tbsp. maple syrup

¼ tsp. powdered matcha green tea

  1     In a high-powered blender, pour the hot water, hemp seeds, maple syrup, and powdered matcha. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
