The best part of a yoga class is at the very end, when the entire class lays down in Savasana, or Resting Pose. The hard work has been done, and we can completely let go and dive deep into restoration. Savasana is like dessert. Not only is it delicious, but it’s also highly beneficial for managing stress hormones and anxiety and for restoring fatigued muscles.
