4 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
1 tablespoon apple vinegar
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 tablespoon minced mint
1 tablespoon chopped dill
Salt and powdered mustard to taste
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
With a whip, beat the cream cheese with the grapefruit juice and vinegar. Add the parsley, mint, and dill. Season with salt and mustard. Add the stiffly beaten egg white just before serving.
