Tropi-Cup

Quick and exotic.

Ingredients

1 ripe mango, peeled and cut from the pit

1 banana, cut in chunks

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons crème de cassis liqueur

1/2 cup raspberries

Preparation

Process all the ingredients in a blender except the raspberries. Freeze for 2 hours. Remove and process again. Serve ice cold in goblets, topped with the raspberries.
