Easy Mini Meatloaves

Makes 10 servings.

12-oz. tube refrigerated biscuits

1-1/2 lbs. ground beef

1 c. catsup, divided

1/2 c. onion, chopped

1 egg, beaten

1/4 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Divide and press biscuit dough into the bottom and up the sides of 10 greased muffin cups; set aside. In a bowl, combine beef, 1/2 cup catsup, onion, egg and oats; mix well. Form beef mixture into 10 balls; place one in each muffin cup. Spread remaining catsup over top; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until no longer pink in the center.

To mix up a no-mess meatloaf, place all the ingredients in a large plastic zipping bag. Seal the bag and squish it until everything is well combined...then just toss the empty bag!
