After spending more than a decade in the jewelry business, Barbara Davis decided to leave the corporate world to pursue her lifelong passion for writing. The Wishing Tide is her second novel. She lives near Raleigh, North Carolina, with Tom Kelley, the love of her life, and their beloved cat, Simon. She is currently working on her third novel.
