Over the eons that humans have walked this earth, certain people have brought messages of peace and how to see past who we believe we are, to a deeper, greater, part of ourselves that we seldom connect with or understand. They shared with us their words in the hope that we will take them to heart and act on them in our own life. However, we started to worship these people, put them on pedestals, give them Peace prizes, call them prophets; or we regularly go to a building to listen to someone telling us how they would want us to think and behave, when deep inside we already really know.
We do whatever it takes to make sure that there is always a degree of separation between us and them so we can always look up to them and aspire to be like them, but never really having to put the effort in to be like them.
We have been doing this for thousands of years, so isn’t it about time that we took our power back and found our own connection to the spirit within? In this book I have described a system with which we can start to do just that. I hope my book has encouraged you to connect with the spirit and greatness within yourself, to bring about the personal changes that lead to a fulfilling and happy existence.
