VICKI BELL HAS A DEGREE in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma. She has devoted much of her adult life to raising her two children and social work, especially the investigation of child abuse and neglect. She loves to write and in her own words “can’t not write”. She loves writing about Christmas because she is an admitted Christmas fiend, loving all things Christmas, all year long.
