Smoked Beef Roast

Servings: 8 persons
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 3 pounds beef roast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Worcestershire rub sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Prepare a mixture of the entire dry ingredients together and then, season the roast with the prepared mixture.
- Pour the Worcestershire rub over the roast to make a good rub so that it holds all the dry ingredients and add flavor to the roast.
- Preheat your smoker to 215 F. Once done; place the seasoned roast on the rack; cook for 4 to 6 hours, until a meat thermometer reflects 155 F.
- Remove the meat from smoker & let cool for 15 to 20 minutes then, slice into pieces.
- Just before serving; don’t forget to sprinkle a small amount of salt over the slices.
