Smoked Beef Roast

  1. Prepare a mixture of the entire dry ingredients together and then, season the roast with the prepared mixture.
  2. Pour the Worcestershire rub over the roast to make a good rub so that it holds all the dry ingredients and add flavor to the roast.
  3. Preheat your smoker to 215 F. Once done; place the seasoned roast on the rack; cook for 4 to 6 hours, until a meat thermometer reflects 155 F.
  4. Remove the meat from smoker & let cool for 15 to 20 minutes then, slice into pieces.
  5. Just before serving; don’t forget to sprinkle a small amount of salt over the slices.
