Bacon-Wrapped Scallops

  1. Preheat your smoker per the instructions to 350 F in advance.
  2. Wrap the scallops in a cut piece of bacon & secure each piece using a toothpick.
  3. Lay the scallops over the rack of the smoker, bacon-side-down. Close the lid & cook for 5 to 7 minutes then, carefully rotate the pieces. Continue to cook evenly cooked on all sides. Serve hot & enjoy.
