Coconut Pecan Granola
Sprinkle the delicious granola on your oatmeal or on top of your smoothie bowls.

Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats

½ cup flaked coconut

½ cup pecans, chopped

3 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Combine together the oats, coconut, pecan, and honey in a large baking pan.
Bake or 15 minutes. Remove and stir and then bake for 10 minutes more. Cool.
Store granola in an air-tight container.
