Ingredients:

2 cans (15 oz.) chickpeas, rinsed and drained

½ cup freshly-squeezed lemon juice

1 teaspoon fine sea salt

3/4 cup tahini

½ cup ice water, + more as needed

3 cloves garlic, chopped

1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

1 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions:
Process the lemon juice, garlic, salt, & tahini in a food processor.
Gradually add in the ice water and process until smooth. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serve.
