Mandy's Quick and Easy Banana Pudding Recipe
1 large package Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
3 cups milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk (can use fat-free)
1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
1 16 oz container Cool Whip
6-7 bananas, ripe (not hard)
1 package vanilla wafers (or the miniature wafers)
Mix pudding according to package directions and refrigerate. While it's cooling, mix cream cheese and sweetened, condensed milk with mixer. Stir in Cool Whip. Add to vanilla pudding. Add sliced bananas and wafers. Chill in refrigerator until set.
Blake's favorite Better than Sex Pie
This recipe is easy to make and serves 12 if you can keep people from grabbing seconds before everyone is served (not easy). The combinations of crunchy crust, smooth toppings, and sweet filling with the tart cream cheese makes it taste as heavenly as it looks. If you want to make it look really special, you can add curled chocolate shavings on top.
Crust
1cup flour
1 stick margarine, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Blend together well and press into bottom of 13"x9"x2" pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
2nd layer
1cup powdered sugar
1 package cream cheese (8oz)
Mix thoroughly until smooth
Stir in 1cup Cool Whip (get 16oz container)
Spread on cooled crust
3rd layer
2 packages instant chocolate pudding, (Or any flavor you like) 3-1/2 oz each
3 cups milk
Mix thoroughly and pour onto first two layers. Chill until pudding is set
4th layer
Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with more nuts and add chocolate shavings if desired.
