Tangy Turkey Salad Croissants

Makes 6 servings

2 c. cooked turkey breast, cubed

1/2 c. cranberries, finely chopped

1 orange, peeled and chopped

1/2 c. mayonnaise

1 t. mustard

1 t. sugar

1/2 t. salt

1/4 c. chopped pecans

6 croissants, split

Garnish: lettuce leaves

In a large bowl, combine turkey, cranberries, orange, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar and salt; chill. Just before serving, stir in pecans. Top each croissant with 1/2 cup turkey mixture and a lettuce leaf.
