The focus in this part of this book will be the manufacturing of the product and sending it to the customer. Making use of the information gathered from previous chapters will help identify the needed metrics that will be used on the factory floor. As before, each variable will be prioritized and sorted. Later, all those variables will be combined to help construct the third and last House of Quality (HOQ). We need to ensure that those parameters in HOQ3 are monitored to maintain the expected outcome. Maintaining consistency will be done by using a Control Plan. All these topics will be detailed in Chapter 8, Chapter 9, Chapter 10.
