Build a nori wrap
SERVES 1
- 1 sheet dried nori, around 20cm square (5cals)
- 75g cooked and cooled brown rice (122cals)
- 1. Combine the filling ingredients of your choice (to make 80g filling).
- 2. Place the nori sheet on a board, shiny side down, and spread the rice almost all the way over it. Press down lightly with the back of a spoon.
- 3. Spoon the filling in a line across the centre of the rice.
- 4. Roll the nori firmly around the filling, using two hands. Trim the edges then cut into six pieces.
