Avocado and feta dip

SERVES 4 | PREP 5 mins

This dip makes a delicious light lunch. It is best eaten on the day it is made.

  1. 1. Mash the avocado thoroughly in a bowl. Add the garlic, feta and lemon juice, to taste, and season with a little salt and lots of ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  2. 2. Transfer to a clean bowl and serve sprinkled with chilli flakes, if using, and lots of vegetable crudités for dipping.
