Emma O'Connell has a First Class Degree in English Literature and has been editing professionally since 2016, launching her own business - Emma's Edit - in 2019. She has worked on a wide variety of media and genres, but she specialises in fiction and particularly fantasy. A writer herself, Emma loves working with authors to help them reach their full potential; her goal is to make the editing process accessible, affordable and most of all enjoyable.
Shasyra Kavat Sayari is pursuing a degree in English Literature. Though she coordinated Blood and Betrayal, she didn’t exactly compile the stories in Blood and Betrayal—she collected authors, and together they worked on their stories from concept to finish together. Shasyra was involved in every process of creating the anthology, from critiquing to editing to formatting. An aspiring editor, she hopes to work on further anthologies with more incredible authors.
