Over the years, the Zebra Room always served the same special: a turkey-and-blue-cheese open-faced sandwich.
Serves 1
1 slice white bread
mayonnaise
6 oz. fresh turkey breast, sliced
2 oz. blue cheese crumbles
1. Place the bread on a baking sheet. Spread the mayonnaise thinly on top. Pile on the turkey breast and crumble the blue cheese on top.
2. Toast under the broiler for 15 seconds.
