Cream Cheese Frosting

Makes about 3 cups

1 lb. powdered sugar

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

½ cup chopped raisins

1. Using a mixer with a paddle attachment on medium speed, mix the sugar, cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until well-blended. Add raisins. Refrigerate until needed.
