Moscow Mule

Every drink has its origin story, and the Moscow Mule’s begins at the Cock ’n Bull. Invented at the Sunset Boulevard pub in the 1940s, the drink is best served in a copper mug, as the coldness of the metal enhances the flavors.

Serves 1

1 cup ginger beer

1½ oz. vodka

1 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice

1 lime wedge

1. In a shaker filled with ice, add the ginger beer, vodka, and fresh lime juice. Shake for 10 seconds.

2. Strain into a copper mug that has been filled with fresh ice and garnish with a lime wedge.
