French Dressing

This house dressing was Scandia’s most requested salad topper.

Makes about 1½ cups

1 cup canola oil

¼ cup white wine vinegar

3 tbsp. water

2½ tsp. granulated sugar

1 tsp. dry mustard

1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

2½ tsp. sea salt

1½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1½ tsp. Hungarian paprika

1 tsp. grated onion

2 oz. blue cheese crumbles

1. In a bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, and water until blended. Add the sugar, mustard, pepper, salt, Worcestershire, and paprika and whisk again until blended. Add the onion and blue cheese and stir to combine.
