Leon Chopped Salad

This is the most-requested lunchtime salad at La Scala.

Serves 4 to 6

1 head iceberg lettuce, finely chopped

1 head romaine lettuce, finely chopped

4 oz. Italian salami, cut julienne-style

4 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded

15½-oz. can garbanzo beans, drained

Leon Dressing (recipe follows)

1. Combine the iceberg and romaine lettuces, salami, cheese, and beans in a bowl. Toss with Leon Dressing and serve.
