Berry Yogurt Parfait with Almonds

Fitting in a healthy breakfast on the go is a breeze when you plan ahead. Consider making these parfaits ahead of time in Mason jars with lids so you can grab one for breakfast or a snack as you leave the house in the morning.
2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt or soy yogurt
½ cup fresh or frozen red or black raspberries
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup raw or roasted unsalted sliced almonds
2 teaspoons maple syrup

1. Layer the yogurt, raspberries, blueberries, and almonds into 2 bowls, glasses, or jars.
2. Drizzle the maple syrup on top.
