If you’ve got a sweet tooth, this can be a healthy and delicious replacement for other options that are high in added sugar and saturated fat.

VARIATION: Frozen cherries and banana help with the thick texture and cool temperature of the smoothie. If you want to use fresh varieties, you can add ½ cup ice in addition to the other ingredients. Add more milk for a thinner smoothie or less for a thicker one. If you are looking for more protein, add a protein powder of your choice, or consider peanut powder. For added sweetness, add a pitted medjool date.
