Ginger Hultin, MS, RDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist and owner of the Seattle-based virtual nutrition practices Champagne Nutrition®, where she educates based on the balance of including foods her clients love within a healthy lifestyle that helps them meet their goals, and Seattle Cancer Nutritionist, where she serves as an integrative oncology nutrition specialist. She runs the food blog at Champagne Nutrition® and is a national expert voice in the media. Her many interviews on nutrition and health have appeared in the Washington Post , Food Network, HuffPost , CNN, Reader’s Digest , Wine Spectator , and many others. She speaks regularly about nutrition and health to large audiences around the world, including in Chicago, Illinois; Austin, Texas; Los Angeles, California; Beirut, Lebanon; Amman, Jordan; and Kuwait City, Kuwait.
Ginger completed her undergraduate degree in English literature at the University of Washington and earned a master’s degree in nutrition from Bastyr University. A Pacific Northwest native, she resides in Seattle, where she serves as president of the board of her local dietetic association affiliate, the Greater Seattle Dietetic Association, and is an advisory board member of Team Survivor Northwest. When she’s not focused on her nutrition work and volunteer activities, you can find her on her Peloton bike or taking care of her adopted senior cat.
Ginger believes in the healing power of food and has seen dietary changes alter the course of many clients’ health. Her years in clinical practice, specializing in nutrigenomics, oncology nutrition, autoimmune conditions, and cardiac health, have led to a passion around educating clients to use nutrition as part of their care plan.
