About the Author

Hillary Davis is the author of four cookbooks: Cuisine Niçoise, French Comfort Food, Le French Oven, and Les Desserts. As an authority on French cuisine, she appears regularly on numerous television and radio programs, has been a food and travel lecturer on Celebrity Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean, is a frequent judge of cooking competitions, a food and travel journalist, and a speaker at food and travel events. She is also the author of the critically acclaimed book on the international financial markets, A Million a Minute, which was her first book.

Davis lived in France for over thirteen years—two years in Paris and more than eleven years in the village of Bar-sur-Loup in the South of France.
