1 cup whole blanched almonds
2 1/2 cups dairy-free milk
2 ripe bananas, halved
1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
ground cinnamon, for sprinkling
Put the almonds into a food processor and process until very finely chopped. Add the milk, bananas, and vanilla extract and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
