ALMOND COCONUT SMOOTHIE
Serves 1, Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten-Free
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons almond butter
1/4 cup Ziggy Marley’s Hemp Rules Hempseeds, or hempseeds of your choosing
1/4 cup raw almonds
6 tablespoons flaxseeds, ground
6 dates, pitted and chopped
1 cup coconut water
1/4 cup coconut meat
Agave sweetener (or honey), to taste
Handful of ice
PREPARATION
Mix all ingredients together in blender until smooth. If you find that the smoothie is too thick, add almond milk or coconut water to achieve desired consistency.
