FENNEL SALAD
Serves 2, Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten-Free
INGREDIENTS
2 fennel bulbs
Kosher salt, to taste
Lemon juice, to taste
Extra-virgin olive oil, to taste
PREPARATION
Slice fennel, including green stems and fennel fronds.
Add kosher salt, lemon juice, and extra-virgin olive oil.
Taste and toss.
Serve cold.
