Acknowledgements

Somehow when I penned the first edition of this book, I neglected a few minor items, such as acknowledgements and an about the author page. Hopefully better late than never!

It is difficult to know where to begin these things, so in no particular order, I am deeply indebted to Jin Lee for all of the immeasurably fabulous artwork, and to my wife and parents for helping to keep my sane when writing attempted to drive me otherwise.

Of beta readers I had the good fortune to stumble on a pair of wonderful individuals right out of the gates. If it hadn’t been for the advice and encouragement of Jamie Morrison and Henry Antenor, I doubt this book would be before you now. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
