Ever heard of a muse? A muse is something or someone that inspires or motivates us to create or reflect. Many things inspire and motivate me. Sunsets, various paintings, classical music, and pieces of literature cause me to think and ponder. What inspires you? As Christians, God should be our ultimate Muse. But it is hard to focus on him amid the distractions of this world. So I want to help you refocus on God and his purposes in your life. I encourage you to take the next few minutes and work through the following section. Grab a pen and record your answers in the space that follows. No rush. Pray, ponder, enjoy this time with your heavenly Designer.
