I offer my gratitude to all those who have led me to write this book, as well as to all who have taught me along this sacred healing path. I give thanks to the Divine avatars Neem Karoli Baba, Amma, Mother Mary, and Jesus, for all their guidance and assistance. I give thanks to all the beings of light, the Deva of Reiki, archangel Raphael, my MAP team, and all the other invisible beings that assisted me in this process. I give thanks to my human teachers, both dead and living, including Mikao Usui, Jack Grey, Carolion, Michele Denis, Hethyrre, Alexandra Marquardt, and all my Reiki ancestors who were part of the lineage between Mikao Usui and myself. I give thanks to Omega Institute for maintaining a supportive environment for me to work in and share this gift of Reiki with their staff, R&R guests, and workshop participants. I give thanks to my wife Helema and my son Dylan for their love that is the guiding force in my life.
