Trade in the usual veggie party platter for these fun kabobs. I often make them as a healthy snack for my family to munch on, and it’s a great recipe for kids to help with.

24 grape tomatoes
12 cherry-size fresh mozzarella cheese balls
24 fresh basil leaves
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
On each of 12 appetizer skewers, alternately thread two tomatoes, one cheese ball and two basil leaves. To serve, whisk together oil and vinegar; drizzle over kabobs.
