I first met Stacy Kennedy when I visited Boston a few years ago, looking for advice on any possible link between my autoimmune condition and my diet.

Stacy holds multiple degrees and credentials relating to nutrition—MPH, Rd, CSO and LDN. She is a Senior Clinical Nutritionist for Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, and a board-certified specialist in oncology nutrition, as well as an integrative nutritionist with the Zakim Center for Integrative Therapies. She works in private practice too, including for my Reboot company, as Head Nutritionist. She is a big believer in the power of fruits and vegetables.

What follows is a chapter written by Stacy, in which she helps guide us through the practical aspects of the Reboot and educates us on some of the facts and science behind it.
