MARROW BONES WITH CHIVES
SERVES 6
5 MINUTES PREPARATION TIME
20 MINUTES COOKING TIME
6 large marrow bones
Fine sea salt and cracked black pepper
1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
1 brioche bread loaf, sliced and toasted
THE MARROW BONES
Poach the marrow bones for 20 minutes in a large saucepan of boiling water. Set aside.
THE BRIOCHE
Sprinkle the bones with fine sea salt, pepper and chives. Eat everything with a spoon along with the brioche.
SERVE WITH
A good glass of Sancerre white.
