Building Bead Mosaics

What’s more fun than making mosaics? Cover any surface or object with a layer of resin clay at least 18" (3mm) thick (thicker if you are using exceptionally large or long beads that protrude). You can either roll out the clay and press it onto your surface or just take pieces of the clay that you flatten by hand and press on. Add beads of all kinds and other elements if you want (letter tiles, typewriter keys, alphabet pasta—you name it!).

Cover any object (animal forms, dolls, picture frames, your car!) with resin clay and create dimensional mosaics by embedding small objects, beads, glass or ceramic tiles, or anything else you can think of.
