There are several ways to make plastic pellets pliable: in a heated skillet, with a heat gun or with hot water. We prefer putting the pellets in a cup of hot water. They will stick to each other, making a ball. While they are warm (not hot), you can roll them out, press them into a mold, shape them or stamp them. They first appear transparent but turn white as they set up. They can be reheated and reworked. They cool quickly, so you must work fast or reheat. Paint them with acrylics when finished. You can reheat them to stick to your surface or just use E6000 glue.
STEP ONE: Add the pellets to a cup or bowl of hot water.
STEP TWO: Remove the pellets, which should be sticking to each other, and knead them together.
