It’s super easy to form a cabochon inside a bezel with plastic pellets.
STEP ONE: Roll melted pellets into a ball and place the ball into a bezel, smoothing and flattening with vegetable-oiled fingers. Allow the plastic to set completely and remove the cabochon from the bezel.
STEP TWO: Print a graphic image onto transfer paper and apply it to the cabochon, trimming the edges after it is dry.
STEP THREE: Brush on a clear sealant (such as a clear polymer medium) and allow it to dry. Glue the cabochon into the bezel with E6000 glue.
