NO-BAKING OATMEAL COOKIES

Preparation time: 10 minutes + 2 hours for cooling

Ingredients:

•  1 ½ cups oat flakes

•  ½ cup peanut butter

•  ¼ cup almond milk

•  2 ½ tbsp powder protein

•  1 tbsp coconut shavings

Cooking process:

  1. In a bowl, mix all specified ingredients (except coconut shavings) until uniformity. Make the round cookies.
  2. Cover the chopping board with parchment. Lay out cookies on parchment, sprinkle with coconut shavings.
  3. Cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
