Cooking time: 15 minutes + 2 hours for cooling
Ingredients:
• 2 avocados
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ¾ cup cocoa powder
• ½ cup maple syrup
• ¼ cup orange juice
• ¼ cup chopped nuts (to taste)
• ½ cup cream
• ½ tsp salt
Cooking process:
- Peel the avocados and remove the core, cut into large pieces. In a blender, lay out the avocados, vanilla, cocoa, syrup, orange juice, and salt. Mix for 1 minute until uniformity.
- Add ¾ cup of hot water and re-beat until a thick mass is obtain.
- Lay out a pudding into a baking dish and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours for cooling.
- Before serving, decorate with chopped nuts and cream.
