PEAR PUDDING

SERVINGS: 2-4

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

•  2 ripe pears

•  2 eggs

•  ¾ cup + 1 tbsp coconut cream

•  2 tbsp almond flour

•  2 tbsp stevia

Cooking process:

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F).
  2. Peel pears and seeds, cut into thin slices.
  3. In a bowl, mix the eggs, stevia and almond flour. Add cream, beat by a mixer until uniformity.
  4. Add chopped pears, and mix well. Lay out the mass into the form for baking.  Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
